How do I find and book a vacation rental?
- Go to�www.reservekosher.com.
- Search for your ideal rental. You can search by location or preferences.
- Contact�the rental owner or manager directly to confirm availability and to book.
ReserveKosher.com is a self-service website that enables you to directly contact vacation rental owners and property managers without dependence on a middleman. This eliminates the risk of double bookings and enables you to ask any questions you may have directly to the property owner, who knows his vacation rental best.
Two days have passed. What do I do if I do not receive a response to my inquiry?
If you do not hear back from the vacation rental owner or property manager within 48 hours of inquiring about a property, it is best not to wait around, but to inquire on additional properties.
It can be quite frustrating to inquire on a property and not receive a response right away. So, while we encourage owners and managers to reply to inquiries within 24-48 hours, there is always a chance that the owner or manager is temporarily unable to respond to your query.
You can inquire two ways:
1- Use the form to email the owner or manager
2- Call the contact phone number on the listing if one is posted. Make sure you tell them you are a Reserve Kosher caller!
Troubleshooting
Responses from owners or managers can go directly to your email Junk/Spam folder, depending on your personal email settings. Check that folder and adjust your settings if necessary to allow future inquiry responses to go into your inbox.
How can I determine whether a vacation rental owner is legitimate?�
While we do our best to screen potential rentals for customer satisfaction, there�s always the chance of a bad apple. Here�s what we recommend:
Give the owner/manager a call
Prior to Confirming a reservation, call the telephone number of the owner or manager if posted on the listing and speak with them directly.�

Read the property reviews
Our review system enables visitors to provide a review of a property after their stay and leave comments for future travelers. Owners/managers cannot hide negative reviews on their listings or opt out of the reviews system. The number of stars in a rating gives you an idea of the property itself as well as the experience of past travelers. Owners/managers can post one response to each review, providing additional opportunity for you to get a feel for the owner/manager. � � ��

Speak with previous visitors
Ask the owner/manager for email addresses or phone number of past travelers who have agreed to be references, and contact them to ask about the property and their stay.
What is a traveler account?�
A traveler account allows you to save and reference useful vacation rental information on our site. This free feature is designed to enrich almost every step of your vacation rental experience, from searching and selecting properties to reviewing a rental after your stay. A traveler account is not required in order to book or stay at a rental. However, during the process of submitting a review, you must log into your traveler account.

Benefits
You are prompted to create a traveler account when you �favorite� a property or submit a review. Once you are logged in to your account, you can create a profile, and make lists of properties you favorite.

- Enter your name email address and password.
- Click�Sign Up.

How do I submit a review?�
- Sign into your traveler account.�
- Find the listing you want to review.
- Click�Write a Review.
- Rate your experience from 1-5 stars (one is the lowest rating; five, the highest) and fill in the required fields.
- Click�Submit Review.
Reviews are moderated to ensure they meet our�content guidelines. It may take up to one week for your review to appear on the site.

How do I list my property?
Annual subscription listing
- Visit our homepage and click�List Your Property�in the top right corner.
- Enter the required�information then click�Submit.
- Select add a new listing.
- Enter your property information.
- Enter the required payment information.
- Click submit. You are good to go!

What are the listing guidelines?
General content guidelines
Use the fields in the listing editor for their intended purpose. The following types of information are not permitted in text areas of your listing Company names
- URLs such as www.rentalcompanyname.com
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
Multiple units
- Each listing may advertise no more than one rental unit. If you have more than one unit available for rent, contact us and inquire about special rates for additional listings.
- The property description is used for the advertised unit only. Do not use the property description fields to describe additional units.
General guidelines
- A listing must accurately portray the rental.
- The advertising region selected for a listing must be as exact as possible.
When will my new listing be online?
On average, new listings go online within 24 hours of payment being received and the minimum required content is added.�

To review the existing content of your listing, sign into your account, select your listing, and click Edit Listing. Below is a list of the minimum required content per section of your listing.
Location
- Vacation Rental Address
- Advertising Region

- Title - Minimum of 10 characters
- Description - Minimum of 400 characters
Photos
Amenities
- Property type
- Accommodation type
- Specify the maximum number of people who can sleep at the rental
- Specify the number of bedrooms
- Specify the number of bathrooms
Rates
- Either a standard rate that covers all dates or at least one seasonal rates for a specific time period.
How do I renew my Reserve kosher listing subscription?
Option 1
- Pay with ease by contacting our Sales team at�718-2-KOSHER. Representatives are available to serve you Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 2 PM EST.
Option 2
- Sign in to your online account.
- If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to renew.�
- Complete the payment process.

How do I log into my account?
Logging in
- Go to�

- Click�property owner login at the top right of the page.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Click�Sign In.
If you do not know your user name or password, enter your email and the information will be sent to your email, or call Customer Support for assistance. We are available Sunday � Thursday from 9:00 am-2:00pm Eastern Time.
How do I report a technical error on the site?
If you are contacting us to report an error on the site, please do so via phone or email.

- Please have the following information available:�
- The�time and date when you most recently encountered the issue
- An indication of whether you are using any firewall, pop-up blocking, or ad-blocking software
- The steps you took to encounter the error - which page(s) you were on, which button(s) you clicked
- An indication of whether you received an error message. If you did, what did that message say, and what was the URL (www.___________.com)?
- Lastly, it would be very helpful for us to see your error. So if you can, please attach a�screenshot of the page where the error is occurring.

If you are contacting us because you updated information on your listing and the changes are not showing up on the traveler-facing site, you may just need to give it a little more time. Updates can take up to two hours to display.
What types of properties can I advertise?
Acceptable rental properties include traditional rentals such as houses, condos, and villas, as well as barns, boats, bungalows, cabins, castles, chalets, chateaus, cottages, estates, mansions, yachts, and yurts, and many other structures travelers may want to rent on vacation.�
What is a Featured Listing?
Featured Listings are available for owners interested in extra exposure for their property and appear at the top of the search results page. When you purchase a featured listing, your thumbnail photo and listing summary will appear in rotation for one of five prime positions on your location-specific landing page.
Additional information
In order to display multiple listings in the featured listing display area, we rotate through the listings. As a result, your listing appears in the featured listings area frequently, but not every time you search your advertising region for properties.�
How much does a subscription cost?
The cost of a subscription varies based on the subscription level you choose.
Subscription levels determine the ranking of a listing within search results. Each subscription level has its own pricing and features. You choose a subscription level when purchasing a new or renewing an existing listing. You can upgrade your existing listing to another subscription level at any time. There are four levels available:
TRIAL � FREE
- This allows you to post your listing with up to 10 pictures
- Receive 5 inquiries into your Reserve Kosher account.
CLASSIC SUBSCRIPTION - $399
- Annual listing with up to 10 pictures
- All inquiries straight into your personal email account and you get your phone number on display.
SILVER SUBSCRIPTION - $499
- Annual listing with up to 15 pictures
- All inquiries straight into your personal email account and you get your phone number on display
- Featured listing, your rental will come up first in the search results of your location.
GOLD SUBSCRIPTION - $549
- Annual listing with unlimited pictures
- All inquiries straight into your personal email account and you get your phone number on display
- Featured listing, your rental will come up first in the search results of your location.
- Homepage � Showcase your listing will be displayed on our homepage for visitors to see first
