Luxury beachfront fully kosher villa

Welcome to our luxury beach front villa. You will enjoy 3000 ft.² of indoor living space plus another 2000 ft.² of covered and uncovered terraces along with three full-time staff to take care of your needs.

The huge fully equipped kosher kitchen features two ovens and gas cooktops, sinks and dishwashers. In addition to full meat and dairy pots, pans, cutlery etc. there are also pareve pots, pans utensils and small kitchen appliancesincluding food processor and blender [with a separate dairy blender container]. The full-time maid is used to cooking in a kosher kitchen and is available for all assistance.

The master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower takes up the entire second floor and features a king-size bed. It also opens fully onto a sweeping terrace part of which is covered and part of which is open to the air. The other bedrooms each have en suite bathrooms with tub and shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins. Each bedroom has full oceanview and opens onto the covered terrace. All living areas have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The ground floor terrace has a meat barbecue, large dining table and a separate sitting area. It faces the swimming pool and parrot cages.

The over 1 acre of grounds are fully fenced and landscaped and feature a profusion of tropical flowers, plants and trees. There is also a stream with a bridge over it and resident fish, turtles and ducks. There are three shaded swing chairs, two near the beach and one in front of the stream. There is a full time gardener who maintains the property and the swimming pool and is also available to run errands into town or to drive you if required.   There is a full time private security guard all night long.

The villa uses solar panels to generate electricity and has a backup generator. Internet is available.

Kosher chicken is available from Rabbi Pelman in Santo Domingo. Other kosher meat has to be brought.
