All brand new furniture. The completely private yard is partially shaded by palm trees and has a brand new heated salt water pool with a baby guard.  Also comes with a kosher outdoor gas grill.  Property has a 6 FT fence all around 

The kosher kitchen with granite countertops comes equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), new full sets of fleishig and milchig dishes, pots and pans, toaster, hot water urn, hot plate and crock pot. 

The furniture in the whole house and all the linen and towels are brand new along with a brand new washer and dryer.

There are brand new marble and hardwood floors throughout along with leather couches and leather dining room set.  Cathedral ceilings give this home an airy and spacious Floridian feel.  

Flat screen TVs, wifi and video player. 

It is on a beautiful upscale frum block and around the corner from a park with a lake and walking path.  It is also within walking distance to three shuls and the new Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim Mesivta and Bais Medrash.  Also within walking distance are 8 different kosher restaurants, a kosher bakery and two kosher groceries (both groceries have full deli takeout departments).  

This is a completely Kosher Home and only rented to other strictly glatt kosher shomer shabbos couples and families.
