There is Eruv around the entire community.

Home is equipped with Kosher Oven, Granite counters, Milchig (Cholov Yisroel) & Fleishig dishes, cutlery, serving dishes, utensils, pots and pans for both Milk & Dairy. The laundry room is right off the kitchen area. The linen closet has an abundance of towels and additional linen.

There is a beautiful community center, 3 minute Walk, where they have Olympic Size swimming pool with lap lanes, plunge pool and large water slide, children’s activity pool with lots of slides and fun games and fountains, and Jacuzzi. The facility is equipped with very nice shower and changing room, bathrooms, multiple lifeguards a first aid station and beach access. Lounge and Beach chairs surround the pool and are available for the Beach.
