    New unique wood apartment on farm with cows, calves, chickens (and cats and dog) outside Along with fields and woods, ponds and streams on our spacious 100+ acre working dairy farm. Meet well known owner of Pelleh Poultry and Bethel Creamery Rafoel Franklin  In the summer it's a 11 and 20 minute walk to shuls. Off season it's more like half hour unless we have the occasional minyan on premises. This is not a toddler friendly apartment as steps to loft bedroom are quite steep. 

     

    We have 2 other apartments which are actually more spacious

    [both 2 BR/1 Bath] in our updated 1885 Farmhouse. We'll be happy to send pics on request.

    All rentals available for short term rentals before and after the summer. Our rentals are only available for rent by the month or the summer during the summer
